We Are a Cash Practice Charging Medical Aid Rates

We operate as a cash-based physiotherapy practice, which means:

  • Payment is required at the time of your appointment.
  • We charge rates recommended by medical aids.
  • After payment, you will receive a detailed invoice which you can use to submit a claim to your medical aid provider for reimbursement, subject to your scheme’s rules and benefits.

How to Claim from Your Medical Aid

Once you’ve paid for your session, we’ll issue you with a statement/invoice that includes all the necessary treatment and diagnostic codes. You can then submit this to your medical aid for reimbursement, depending on:

  • The benefits and rules of your medical aid scheme

Booking and Cancellation

You can book an appointment conveniently through our online booking system. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
